Buffalo Hash
This is a GREAT easy recipe to whip up and store in the fridge for those times you are on the go or don’t have time to cook. It’s delicious warmed up or eaten cold. I will often eat some of this post workout when I don’t want to wake up the kids with the sound of the blender for a protein shake.
Ground 2 pounds of grassfed buffalo meat in skillet
add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 medium to large shredded sweet potato
cook 7-10 minutes until sweet potatoes are done.
sprinkle cinnamon on top- mix well and serve!
