Blueberry Smoothie
2 cups vanilla almond milk
1 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 fresh organic free range eggs
1 tsp raw manuka honey
place ingredients in blender and blend on high
*You can test the freshness of an egg by placing it in a bowl of water, if it does not sit heavily at the bottom discard it.

2 cups milk of choice (we use vanilla almond milk)
2 tbsp of raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp raw manuka honey
handful of ice cubes
(for added protein we use proserum perfect whey protein)
place in blender and blend on high
(*note if you add proserum perfect protein blend all ingredients on high and then lower blender setting and blend in protein on low)

2 cups Almond Milk
2 peeled oranges
6 ice cubes
place in blender and blend on a high speed
lower blender speed to lowest speed
add 2 scoops of vanilla or non-flavored protein
mix for about 10 seconds and serve!

Add boiling water to 1 or 2 bags of chai tea (only fill cup halfway) While it steeps steam 3/4 cup of vanilla almond milk with any kind of milk steamer/frother. Remove tea bags from tea cup. Add the steamed/frothed vanilla almond milk to the tea. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy the yummy goodness, your wallet surely will!
